In February 2009 A Good Idea created a division within the organization called Wellness & Self-Actualization (WSA). The mission of WSA is to help people achieve their full potential through cultivating & maintaining a healthy mind, body and spirit. While this division is new, the ideals and philosophies of WSA have been a fundamental component of A Good Idea since it's inception. This division will feature activities such as:
- monthly nature hikes
- meditation potlucks
- seasonal weekend retreats
- the promotion of healthy eating
- and much more
